The main responsibilities of the Systems Engineer will include:

• To troubleshoot and support problems with complex server and storage, and operating systems related issues including Storage Area networks (SANs), integrated Blade solutions
• To perform software and hardware related configuration and installation of server and storage and operating systems solutions
• To research and troubleshoot end-user support issues.
• To compile documentation for implemented systems projects
• To provide expert and knowledgeable support in specific products

The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Systems (AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows 2003/2008), Exchange 2003/2007 Messaging Systems.

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience on storage area networks, and virtualisation technologies. Certifications in Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE and industry server and storage certifications (HP/IBM/Dell/Brocade) are highly desirable for this position.

• Your CV will be reviewed, and a short online/phone interview will be arranged with you. During this interview, we will try to find out more about your expectations and check your language skills.
• Based on your CV and this interview, a full profile of you will be created and sent to Malta.
• We will let you know, if the company is interested in you as an applicant. In case it is, they will arrange with you second interview. In most of the cases, this interview will be done online through Skype. In some special cases, company may invite you to Malta, or a representative may come to Bratislava/Vienna to meet with you.
• If you are both satisfied after the second interview, you will sign the employment contract, and the employer/NGR will help you to find a good accommodation in Malta.
• You buy a flight ticket on the arranged date/ company buys it for you, and you will travel to Malta to settle and start the job, as arranged in the contract. You can travel few days before, if you want to make holiday before you start the work :). That's up to you.
